Ok, so I am going to just say this, somewhere in our lives, we all come to a point where we want to lose weight, gain confidence, fit in those cute jeans and just overall feel better about ourselves. Sometimes it's a personal choice, other times it's forced on us due to health issues. If you have decided that you want to take this journey in your own life and you are here for some help, inspiration or just a place to start, then let me be the first to say, YOU CAN DO THIS!!! Be sure to read my story here first. I think it's important when it comes to fitness goals, to know the person's story in order to know where they were, where they came from and where they are headed.

Please note:  I am not a medical professional, this is not advice, this is what I am using and what is and has worked for me based on my own consultation with my doctor. I encourage you to TALK to your doctor before starting any program. I also encourage you to do your research on whatever you are looking at and keep in mind, what works for one person may not work the same for you and that's ok! Because we are all different and that is the beauty of being human!
My health Stats:
Original Start Date: May 2017
Original Weight Start: 265lbs and a size 26 jeans (before U.L.T.)
End weight: 235lbs and a size 18 jean

Second Start Numbers: July 7th
Weight: 239lbs
Arms: 15 inches
Waist: 45
Hips: 52.5
Mid-thigh: 26.5
Paint size: 18

Results of July's Loss:
Weight: 227lbs
Waist: 43.5 inches
Hips: 49 inches
Arm: 15 inches
Paint size: 18

Current: Jan 3, 2021
Current Stats:
Weight: 219bs
Pant size: 16
Age: 41

Health Issues: ADD/ADHD, Low blood sugar, asthma, bad back and knee, gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance, thyroid issues
Number of times I've used U.L.T. - Once, this will be my second time.

Changes I've noticed since my July's loss:
  • No more stomach issues to keep me home!
  • Blood sugar has leveled out! No more issues with that!
  • I haven't had ANY sugar or sweetener since July. Water has become so much easier for me to drink and it's all I want.
  • I don't eat much at one time anymore, I can't eat a lot hardly anymore, so I spend most of my day snacking on veggies is I really need it.
