Egg Breakfast Cups-

Muffin Tin
Chopped Onion, about a half a cup
Spinach, just a few leaves
Cheese
Mushrooms, just a few, chopped
Broccoli, a small flower chopped
Bell Pepper, about half chopped
5 Eggs


Directions: Heat Oven to 350 degrees. Spray a muffin tin, add your mix of veggies
(spinach and mushroom, bellpepper and broccoli, etc). Beat 5 eggs together and pour
over veggies. Place in oven and cook for 20 minutes.
