3 Egg Whites (use real eggs, not the Egg White Mixture, doing so will make them watery)
6 Ounces of Dark Chocolate
1/4 cup of sugar (I used Stevia in the Raw instead which coverts to 1/4 cup or 6 packets)
a pinch of cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup of mini semi sweet chocolate chips
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
beat egg whites, add a pinch of cream of tartar, add sweetner slowly, till you
you get a nice and fluffy mixture.
Melt dark chocolate over stove, pour into a bowl. Add a little egg mixture and stir
Then fold remaining mixture in with the melted chocolate. Add the Vanilla Extract and
Spoon tablespoon size of "batter" on to parchment paper and bake. Should give you 12
